A. No, though my wife and I both discovered MMOs together and play regularly.

A. I hate PvP but only because of my own inability to handle it.

A. Not really. I've never felt much of a connection with anyone I've met in game. Given the opportunity, I tend to play alone and ignore guild members and activities. I suppose it's why I gravitated to Guild Wars which is very solo player friendly.

A. A variety of places. "Matte Kudesai" is the title of a song by King Crimson and I thought it a nice sounding name for my GW monk. Later, I found out that "matte kudesai" is Japanese for "please wait." Whether that's true or not, I don't know, but it certainly added an extra meaning to my monk's name as monks tend to be the first to complain about warriors not waiting for energy re-gen time.

A. I do it all the time. I have characters of both sexes. I don't see any problem with it and I haven't met anybody else in-game that has a problem with it. As a matter of fact, most of the people I know play toons of the opposite sex.
A. I used a ton of mods when I played WoW - so many, in fact, that it cut down on the performance of the game.
Q. If you could bring any book, movie or comic to life in a game, which would you choose? (Answer!)
A. I would like to see Stephen Donaldson's "Thomas Covenant" books as either a solo RPG or an MMO.
I also think that Frank Herbert's "Dune" universe can be done much better as a SF MMO - kind of a combination of SWG and Eve Online.

A. Love 'em! Only kind of game I play now, it seems.

A. Most of them it seems. Leet speakers, people who think they know things but don't, those who think chat channels are their own personal sounding boards - the list goes on.

A. Jazz. Mostly Blue Note recordings from the 50s and 60s.

I've already cancelled my World of Warcraft subscription. I love Blizzard and all of their games, but WoW was too much of a time sink and I could no longer justify the monthly fee to myself.

A. None. I generally create a character with a basic idea of where I want to go with it and then see what I can do.

A. Bad idea. I understand its how things work in other countries, but if you can't or don't want to play a game as it was designed and have to go to outside sources to enhance your game play, you really have no business playing the game in the first place.

A. Is this a reference to Tank Girl? Worst movie ever.
A. Yes, but only when absolutely needed

A. Wow, I had an Atari 2600 when it was new. My brother and I would spend hours playing "Combat."

A. When I create a character, I tend to come up with a basic background story for them (whether I'm RPing or not) and choose options to make my character look as I see them in the little story I just made up for them.
